Refund and Returns Policy

Our earnest endeavor is to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning or exchanging any of the items.


What can I return?

You can return everything except the following:

  1. Pre-order products that are customized are not returnable across all age groups

  2. Any accessories sold on the website are not returnable

Your purchase is eligible for return only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.

  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. You must share a video or images of the defect.

  • All returnable products should have their original packing, labels & tags intact. The item should be unworn, stain-free, unused, and in saleable condition.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.


How can I return eligible products?

For orders delivered in India:

  • You can simply login to your Nallappa Silks account and schedule a free reverse pickup.

  • Alternately, you can email us at info@nallappasilks.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
    Please mention your order number and the product you want to return.

  • For pincodes without reverse pickup service, you must send the product back to us at your own expense.

For orders delivered outside India:

  • Email us at info@nallappasilks.com within 7 days of receiving the product with order number and product details.

  • You must ship the product(s) back to us within 15 days from the delivery date.

  • You may send the products via friends, family, or any local logistics company.

  • Return shipping and Indian customs charges must be paid by you and are non-refundable.

When will I get my refund?

  • Once we receive the return, the product(s) will go through a quality check.

  • After the product passes quality check, refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.

  • Refund may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping charges, customs duty, and taxes are not refundable.


What if I have received a faulty/defective product?

We are extremely diligent about quality checks.
If you receive a faulty/defective product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Include your order number and clear images of the defect.


What if I received a product that does not match my customization request?

We inspect every customized product carefully.
If you receive a product that does not match your customization request, email us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Clear images of the product with a tape measure


Good to Know:

  • Product measurements may vary by 1–2 inches due to manual measurement methods.

  • If body measurements are provided, the outfit can be up to 3 inches more for girls and 5 inches more for boys. Loosening varies by design.


Do you offer exchange of sizes?

We do not offer exchanges.
However, you may return eligible products and place a fresh order for the required size.


How can I cancel my order?

  • Pre-Order / Customized products: Can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • All other products: Can be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order.

  • Email us at info@nallappasilks.com with your order number and product(s) you want to cancel.


Refund

Bank Refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the same mode of payment used during purchase.

  • For cancellations:

    • Within 24 hours (Pre-order / Customized)

    • Within 48 hours (All other products)

  • Refund will be initiated only after returned product(s) are received and validated (7–10 business days).


Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping Address

Refunds cannot be provided if:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided

  • The courier makes two failed attempts

  • The package is refused by the recipient


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Accessories including jewellery, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear, etc.

  • Custom-made and made-to-order products

  • Altered products based on provided measurements

  • Products purchased during any sale or promotion by Nallappa Silks

  • Products marked “non-returnable/non-exchangeable” during purchase


Other Policies

  • Once a product is used, durability cannot be guaranteed as usage varies.

  • Professional product photography may cause slight color variation on different screens (mobile/laptop/tablet).

  • If a product is missing from your shipment, email us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Valid only for first-time shoppers on nallappasilks.com

  • User must be logged in before applying the code

  • Not applicable on discounted products

  • Valid only once per user

  • If returned, coupon benefit will be adjusted from the refund
